REFUND POLICY: REQUESTING A REFUND

We will be happy to review and process your request for a refund subject to our Terms and Conditions and respond to you within 3-5 business days. If after review we do not believe that your request meets our refund policy we will ask for clarification as to why you have requested a refund. If we do not need additional information and we have determined that we did not meet the service guarantee we will issue the refund as requested. The credit should be applied to your payment source statement within 48 hours.

Request Refund

Log into your account to process a REFUND REQUEST. Alternatively you can open up the driver software installed on your PC, click the “Support” menu item, choose “Ask Support Staff a Question” and select “Request a refund”.

Driver Support reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.

The Driver Support refund policy applies only to software purchased directly from Driver Support (DriverSupport.com). If your software was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
